These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Boah Cleaning Group (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]).

Booking process

Sending a booking or quote request through this website is a request only. A booking is confirmed only when we have confirmed the price, date and time with you.

Price confirmation

Prices shown on this website are a guide. We confirm the final price with you before any booking. If the work needed is very different from what was described, we will talk to you before continuing. No payment is taken online.

Cancellation

Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange a clean. If less notice is given, we may charge a cancellation fee, which we will tell you about when we confirm your booking.

Access

You agree to give us safe access to your property at the agreed time, and to tell us about any hazards, pets or special instructions in advance. If we cannot get in, this may be treated as a late cancellation.

Liability

We take care to do a good job. If you are unhappy, please tell us within 24 hours so we can look into it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are not secured or are unsuitable for normal cleaning. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
