Question 1

How do I book a clean?

Accepted Answer

Fill in the Book a Clean form with your service, postcode and preferred date. We will get back to you to confirm the price and availability before anything is booked.

Question 2

What should I expect on the day?

Accepted Answer

Your cleaner will arrive at the agreed time and work through the tasks we discussed. If there is anything you would like us to focus on, just let us know when you book or on the day.

Question 3

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Let us know your preference when you get in touch. We can talk through what we bring and what you might like us to use, and confirm this with your price.

Question 4

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move a clean. This helps us plan our schedule fairly for everyone.

Question 5

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

We confirm the price with you first. Payment is arranged after your booking is confirmed. No payment is taken online through this website.

Question 6

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We mainly cover North London, East London and nearby Essex. Send us your postcode through the Where we clean page, or get in touch, and we will let you know if we can help.

Question 7

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Use the Get a Free Quote form and tell us a little about your property. We will reply with a price and availability.
